GOTREND GSFT Series molded power inductors have the best performance / volume ratio, cost / performance ratio, and are very suitable for PMIC applications that require small size ( within 1.4 x 1.2 x 0.65 mm ) switching power supplies, whether single-phase or multi-phase.



A molding inductor with excellent magnetic shielding properties offers optimal EMC performance. Its structure extends the large bottom area plating to the sides, allowing for high-density installation and maximum soldering reliability.

GSFT Series utilizes amorphous powder materials, featuring high saturation and temperature rise current characteristics. Additionally, it boasts lower direct current resistance , which reduces overall losses and enhances peak current handling capability.   • Material : Amorphous powder material is selected, offering higher performance in terms of DCR, saturation current, and temperature rise current characteristics compared to competitors.
  • Process : The metal injection hot-press molding process achieves higher reliability and robustness. Manufactured using T-Core and wound with flat copper wire, enhancing the electrical performance of the product.
  • Structure : Monolithic design suitable for SMD applications, featuring a square structure, sturdiness, and strong reliability.
  • Dimensions : The smallest size in this series can reach 1.4 x 1.2 x 0.65 mm, featuring a low-profile design for enhanced performance-to-size ratio.
  • Electrical performance : The lowest DC resistance in this series can reach 0.74 m Ohm, with a maximum working temperature rise current of 38 Amp and a maximum saturation current of 45 Amp.
  • Working frequency : 1KHz ~ 3MHz
  • Working temperature : -40 ~ +125 degrees
  • Reliability : Passed 10 reliability tests and complies with AEC Q200 certification
